Problems on the back-end are caused primarily by javascript conflicts or corrupt files.
Have you tried:
– deactivating all plugins (yes, all) to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s). Don’t forget the ones in mu-plugins if you have one. If you can’t get into your admin dashboard, try resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.
– switching to the Twenty Eleven theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.
sir i have installed fresh still i dont have activated any plugin there is problem with file load-styles.php witch is not loading well u can see this open google chrome then open my site http://sihaam.com/wp-admin

i dont have idea what to do becouse i m installed fresh wordpress it was working on my hosting before few months i dont know what happened

i told u man many times i have installed the freshhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh wordpress why dont u understand this problem is not from theme of flowhub the problem that i m facing is admin area the dashboard of admin area is not appearing well !!! why dont u understand man !!!

Delete the fluency admin & lighter menus plugins as neither are compatible with the current version of WordPress
