Admin defined recurring not showing

    user defined recurring shows on form, but admin defined does not. Not checkbox for recurring option. Confirmed bug.

    This is a horribly coded plugin. Recurring box not showing when admin defined selected in backend, horrible styling options, very little control over deisgn. Please recode this from scratch. If you need help, let me know.
