The issue is not about emails not being delivered. It is also not about the time stamps, messages going to spam, or anything related to the ability to send emails. The site use Postmark for transactional emails and Fluent SMTP to configure and log sent emails.
The issue is that emails are not being sent (by this plugin) to the admin / editor / reviser. They are only being sent to the submitter of the revision.
Just checking in on this since I have not heard anything yet
Hi @7thcircle
Sorry, this isn’t a bug we can see in testing, or one that anyone else has reported.
We’d need more specific details, please.
What details do you need?
When someone submits a revision they receive an email saying they submitted a revision.
The admins and approvers do not get an email.
Email logs do not show a message being sent to anyone except the person submitting the revision.
Under notifications both s are set to “Always.
Email Editors and Administrators when a Revision is submitted
Email original Author when a Revision is submitted
Hi @7thcircle
For Free users, we can give guidance, but you’ll need to do the debugging:
– Can you replicate this on a second, new site?
– Does it help to change the “Notifications” settings in Revisions?
– Does it help if you disable other plugins one-by-one?
I have this issue on multiple sites and have tried it in a test environment too.
Disabling plugins does not help and neither does changing the settings for notifications.
Thanks @7thcircle

Can I ask you to file a bug report? Please give enough details that one of our team can re-create this:

Thanks for doing that @7thcircle
Here’s the link for people following: https://github.com/publishpress/PublishPress-Revisions/issues/709
Our team will take a look before the next release.
