New problem: I’m having trouble logging in to your support forum. What info do I use to log in? My WordPress username/password? I’ve tried email address, WordPress username, username for the site, and I’ve had no luck. Hate to bother you with what I’m sure is a simple question; thanks in advance for any assistance you can give.

When you purchased Events Calendar PRO you made an account on our tri.be site. That’s the username and password you need to get into our premium forums. If you don’t remember your credentials, please email us at pro (at) tri.be and let us know what email address you used (or probably used) to make the account. We can then help you regain access.
