    Hi, I am using free version of this plugin. I created an application form on my website and post submission I mentioned two admin emails to receive new application email notification. Two entries are created in the table “_rm_sent_mails”. One with “was_sent_success” to 0 and another with “was_sent_success” to 1, but I did not receive email to any of the emails. Whereas on the other hand as a user I am receiving thank you email notification.

    Could you please help me to find out why the admin email notifications are not being sent.

    Hi @sumit13,

    Could you please check if the sender’s email address is the same as the receiver’s email address where the email was not sent.

    Also let us know if you are using the default WordPress email setting or SMTP.

    Hi, thanks for your reply.

    I am not using any SMTP. If I disable this RegistrationMagic plugin I get the emails and when I enable it I don’t get any email.

    I have setup a staging environment for you people to test the issue. Kindly let me know how can I share the credentials with you ?

    But we can provide you guidance based on your feedback. Since you are receiving emails as a form submitter, and not as an admin, it appears the server emails are working fine.

    If you are submitting the form with same email ID as the the admin, there are chances that admin notification emails are blocked by your email provider. Please make sure both emails are different.

    Also can you check admin notification with another email provider to see if the issue is with origin of the email or with your spam filters.

    Yes, I have tested with different emails as a user and as admin but the issue is still there. I have also created a ticket for this issue at https://metagauss.freshdesk.com/support/tickets/38326
