Admin Email Notification Not Working

Hello,
I have selected “Admin Approval”
Checked the box for “Send User Approval Link in Email”
Confirmed my email address under ADMIN EMAIL, and
Checked the box for “Enable this email sent to admin after successful user registration”
and still I don’t receive any email or notification.Is there something else I need to do? Why do I not get any notifications when a new user registers?
If it is helpful, I also don’t get the test email when I click on “SEND A TEST EMAIL” on the “EMAIL” tab.
