check in the options table in the database connected to your site — (look for option_name is admin_email) – database is normally available inside your webhosting account. if you are not sure where to find the database, please contact your webhosting support team.
Hi Lisa,
Thanks for your response. Just checked the “admin_email” field and it has the new email address posted and the “autoload” field is set as Yes.
I’ve even used different web browsers to process orders and force out of stock messages but all still go to the original email.
I wonder could it be server side caching?
Any other suggestions will be very gratefully accepted.
Many thanks
Andrew
Hi Lisa,
I’m working my way through the issue and have found where part of it stems from. I’m using the the WooCommerce module which also stores the email addresses for recipients who’ll receive details of orders / cancellations.
I just now need to find where the low stock level emails details for recipients on low stock levels is stored as it’s not the Admin Email! Any ideas?
Thanks
Andrew
