I have a client that keeps getting blacklisted when they login to WordPress on their site. It seems to happen randomly – they can login in the morning, but will be blacklisted in the afternoon. To fix this, I have to white list their IP all the time. Not sure what could be causing this. I suspect originally it was happening when they would try to access a WordPress page rather than the admin page to login first (using the Google suggestion in the URL), but they are now using the proper login page 1st and it’s still happening. I don’t seem to be able to create a range easily for their IP addresses. Any suggestions?

When I go to that page to lodge a ticket, it says ‘Open a Support Ticket’, and the link is: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/security-malware-firewall/.
I’m guessing this is not what you mean.
