I have tried all of them. None of them work. This is why I think I’m locked out via wordpress.
WordPress does not ‘lock you out’…you may have been hacked, are no longer an admin, or had password changed etc…Please check you site at Sucuri and report back.
Hi,
I have tried all of them. None of them work. This is why I think I’m locked out via wordpress.
what do you mean you tried all of them and they don’t work?
you reset your password throw phpmyadmin and it didn’t worked?
are you sure you’ve actually did this step?if so, did you found any changes to your username in the database?
checking your site if it was hacked is a good step but the database step would work almost every time… Or at least give you info about what is going on (if you don’t have your username in there or if the e-mail address is missing from the database but you haven’t reported any of this … you just say that the step didn’t work …)
ww.wp.xz.cn has no knowledge of your site’s credentials. Those are stored on your site’s database hosted by your webhost. Thus there is no such thing as being locked out “from the inside”.
Unless you’re talking about a WordPress.COM site, but it doesn’t sound like you are.
Have you previously installed any plugins to limit logins in any way?
When you attempt to login using what you believe to be a correct username & password, what is the error message you receive?
Can you log into your hosting control panel?
Can you access your site files by FTP?
When you do the password reset by clicking the ‘lost your password’ link and putting in your username, what happens? Do you receive the confirmation email? Does the change process appear to work?
