After using plugin to delete extraneous roles (not the admin role I was logged in as), I was logged out of the site and now am locked out. Any attempt to access a wp-admin page results in “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” Help?

Could I confirm with you few things:
1. Could you ensure you are trying to log in with the administrator role? Because of what your action described above, there should be no reason the administrator lose access to wp-admin.
2. Can you try using incognito browser and log in there? Did you still face an issue?
