I recommend getting in touch with WooCommerce’s support about this via https://woocommerce.com/my-account/create-a-ticket/ if you have any of their paid WooCommerce products or https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/plugin/woocommerce/ if you do not.
Hi,
The @threadi suggestion to contact WooCommerce support is the right approach, especially since the issue happens only when WooCommerce is active.
In addition to that, you could try a couple of basic checks:
- Reinstall WooCommerce
Sometimes plugin files can become corrupted during updates. You can:
- Download a fresh copy of WooCommerce
- Replace the existing plugin files via plugin upload from plugin insstall
(Please make a full backup before doing this.)
- Check site URL settings
Make sure your WordPress Address and Site Address (Settings → General) are correct and consistent (http vs https), as mismatches can cause login/logout issues.
If the issue still persists after these steps, WooCommerce support will be able to investigate further.
Hope this helps 🙂
