Hello @shmanich,
Thank you for contacting the support and sorry for any inconvenience that might have been caused due to that.
WordPress by default adds username in the author URL and we use that URL in the @id of the Person entity.
Just using it no one would be able to hack your website unless the password is dead simple. But still if you want to change it then you can use our following Schema filter:
https://rankmath.com/kb/filters-hooks-api-developer/#extend-json-ld-data
Hope that helps.
The plugin “Hide / Remove Metadata” helped me hide the author’s name (and the admin login) https://ru.ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/hide-metadata/
It would be nice to see a similar option in Rank Math.
Hello @shmanich
Sorry to disappoint but that feature is unfortunately not available at this time.
With that being said, there are existing feature requests, so I’ve added your vote to our internal suggestions lists. If your suggestions are something that we’re able to introduce, I’ll be sure to let you know.
If there’s anything else we can help you with, please let us know. We are here to help.
Thank you.
