Admin login password mess up

Due to a recent major relocation to a new cty in a new state and all the unexpected hell I went through in the last 1+ months, when I finally got time to resume work on my localhosted wordpress site, with my mind still deeply affceted by this bumpy relocation, only to realize I completely forgot my Admin login password.

So I clicked on “forgot password” to have a password reset email sent then suddenly remember localhosted WP site cannot send any email at all. So I assume now the password has already be reset, which means even if i can remember my old password, which I cannot, it still won’t work.

So now I’m completely lost as to what to do from here. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
