admin login problem & no password email functioning

    Thanks Steven for your support.
    But,
    1- I can not access the the Administration Screen to change the Password, and this is original the problem
    2- The Automatic Emailer doe not work nor send email when I use (Lost your password) link
    3- I do not have technical skills to use the other ways starting from the MySQL Command Line, phpMyAdmin, FTP, WP CLI, and ending with Password Reset Script.

    If you could help me technically to resolve this problem, I will be very much grateful.
