Admin Login Screen

When I am in the administration area and are automatically signed out, the usual modal window pops up with the login screen.
This is normal, although prior to installing the plugin, once I re-signed in, the modal box would disappear. when this plugin is activated, the login window simply re-directs to the home page and stays on the screen.
what can be done to fix this issue ?
