Admin LSB disappears

    If I am using the LSB-Mode in the Admin Area of WordPress, the buttons are not shown over the Editor like in your screenshots. I installed the WordPress completely new, but the same issue. I can use the RAW-Mode, but it is confusing, that on an empty WordPress it won’t work. What can I do? The Server is a Apache 2.4 with PHP 7.0. The WordPress Edition is 4.7.5
