Admin: need help with reactions

Hi, i need help with reactions. I don’t find any option to translate or change reactions title.

I already tried to get support/help on Discuss Disqus, but this is what i got for answer..

“Hi there! This doesn’t look like Disqus, you’ll need to contact the creator of that widget for support. Thanks for understanding.”

is Disqus feature, right?
