Admin not getting data

    I have a form with one text line For a phone number and 2 choices, pick one.

    I have it set to send an email on submission. Email is being delivered and the custom text is showing but the form fields are not included in the email.

    Also the “Must Fill” is not showing on the form in the web pages.

    Never mind! There was a setting I did not understand that put the fields in the email the app sends to the admin.
