Admin not receiving mails

Hi,
We are having problems with admin notification mail when a reservation is generated. Mail to clients are sending correctly. We check spam box and there is any mail there. Then checked our Hosting that email settings are correct and we are receiving other mails from our website such as contact email. Do you have any idea what can happends.
