Admin not saving changes

When trying to save levels with field changes it Doesn’t e.g. there are 8 levels on this particular site and I want to adjust elements displayed to the member for editing their profile it doesn’t write the changes to the form fields. So you go to admin > levels > level X > then select the check boxes you need to display. I need 20 or so fields to display on the edit profile and all I can get is the first 3 – email, first name and surname – These are fields. There is no provision for full address, Biography profile etc. I am getting a huge amount of flack from those that want to fill in extra data but can’t even see the fields as admin is not saving them and when save level is clicked the changes to content do not save. HELP!
