Hi:
In the admin ticket list just switch the dropdown at the top that says OPEN to CLOSED or BOTH. Then click the FILTER button. You’ll see the CLOSED tickets then.

Wow, that’s strange. You just installed this from the WordPress repo so your version is 4.0.4, right? Do you see any javascript errors in your Browser Console?
Thanks.
Also, maybe try disabling and reenabling the plugin – its a long shot but might help reset things.
Thanks.
thank you. i was able to get it working by removing the plugin completely, updating to wordpress 4.8 and then installing the plugin again.
I’m having a similar problem where the closed tickets are not displaying in the admin. When I filter to All Status or closed none show on the list. But I know I have many closed tickets.
I just upgraded from version 3.3.4 to 4.0.6 and started having the problem after the upgrade. When upgrading I had WordPress version 4.7.5. I tried removing the plugin, update WordPress core to 4.8.1 and install the plugin again but the problem persists.
Any ideas?
@davichomanicho – you’ve just added a response to a closed thread that wasn’t opened by you. Please open a new thread and we can try to help you out there. Its only by chance that we noticed your entry – we don’t usually monitor closed threads.
Oh sorry, I created another support topic.
