Admin Notification dependent on Customer Notification

    Hi.
    Using v1.0 of your plugin.
    I’m using Nexmo for gateway.
    I discovered that “SMS Notification Settings for Administrator” are only being sent if the Customer opts in for SMS notifications.
    Looking at the code in sms-notifications-for-woocommerce.php:658-691, this makes no sense, since there is no cross-check with the customer.
    All that error checking and logging DOESN’T work either, there is no log created in woocommerce/logs, I created the dir just in case there was a write error.

    If the customer subscribes to SMS notifications the Admin receives the order notification. Let me know if you need to see my setup in more detail.
