    hello,the url “Check list of requests” in email of admin it goes to a page without permission!

    Also,from where can i translate the email?
    This is not the default wordpress gdpr email.
    The default is translated and is:

    Howdy,

    A user data privacy request has been confirmed on ###SITENAME###:

    User: ###USER_EMAIL###
    Request: ###DESCRIPTION###

    You can view and manage these data privacy requests here:

    ###MANAGE_URL###

    Regards,
    All at ###SITENAME###

    The email send by your plugin is:

    This is WordPress Core territory, this plugin cannot do anything since this is not it’s territory 🙂

    Hello,this is not WordPress Core territory since without plugin the page with export requests works normally!
    Is your plugin that send wrong url.
    Also it sends a different email by default!
    So you should tell me from where can i translate it.All the fields in WordPress are translated,but the content of this email is not a part of WordPress file.Is from your plugin

    Hello,

    Thank you for your answer.
    However, this plugin is not sending any custom email 🙂
    It only fires the email provided by WordPress Core, using wp_send_user_request() function.
    You can check it easily: here is the file used by my plugin to trigger Data Request: http://plugins.svn.ww.wp.xz.cn/gdpr-data-request-form/trunk/includes/data-request.php 🙂

    There is not email sent by my plugin. It only ask WP Core to send the normal Data Request email, so the email can not be translated, too 🙂

    Hello, but when i make the export data directly from wordpress the normal Data Request email is this:

    and the ###MANAGE_URL### link it works.
    This is definitely not an email sent by woocommerce.Also the “check list of requests” link does not work as i told you.

    As said before this mail is not generated by WooCommerce or my plugin but it is generated by WordPress itself 🙂

    And why if your plugin is deactivated the wordpress does not send this email?
    Can you please tell me if this content there is in wordpress po.file?Since i can’t find it!

    I guess this is related to your installation. Do you receive other WordPress Core emails ? What happens if you try to click on the “I forget my password” link in wp-login ?

    Yes,i receive all the wordpress emails!
    You insist that is a wordpress problem but is not, because this emai is not as wordpress core email.
    I searched all the language file but this contain does not exists.Also the link with requests works normally without your plugin.
    Why you don’t try to find a solution?
    It’s sad because i would like use the plugin!
    I told you many times that without plugin the export data email is not like this!

    I can’t try to find a solution because this is WordPress Core email 🙂
    I Dont send any email with this plugin, I just ask to Core functions to send them, using the Core function mentioned above 🙂
    Your installation is very specific imho. Can you send me an email at audrasjb [ at ] gmail [ dot ] com to solve this issue together ?

    And at least, Ihave to say that it is *definitely* not related to my plugin. I Can say that because I currently work on WordPress Core. *Your issue seems to be strongly related to your specific install* 🙂
