Where do I setup multiple notifications to multiple admins? Also, admin (via WP settings > general) is not receiving new testimonial notifications. Please help!

Go to Testimonials > Settings > Form tab, scroll down to Form Actions and check Notification.

I thought I hit paydirt when I saw this posting, but I crashed when I attempted to access the Form tab. I go to Testimonials > Settings > Form tab, but nothing happens when I click on it. Ditto for the Compatibility tab.
Suggestions? (I am very much a newbie.)

    Hi Rick,

Are you saying that settings tab does not look like this?

Press Ctrl+Shift+J on Windows (Command+Option+J on Mac) to show the Developer Console. Any error messages in red there?

Red is not my favorite color…

Those are harmless in this case.

When you hover the Form tab, does the URL in the lower left corner of the browser match this?
    .../wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=wpm-testimonial&page=testimonial-settings&tab=form

What happens if you right-click on the tab and open the link in a new tab or window?

It’s a simple link. There’s no fancy JavaScript behind it. I cannot imagine how it would not work.

Try this. Click on the page next to Testimonial Settings. Press Tab. That should add an outline to the General tab link. Press Tab again. That should highlight the Form tab link. Press Enter.

    Chris !!!!
Forgot to check/answer your second question…
I got the contents of the Form tab to show. Any idea why clicking the Form tab wouldn’t work?
Thanks for sticking with me on this.

No problem. Thanks for including the screenshots along the way.

Try clearing your Chrome cache. Try a different browser like Edge or Opera.

Some plugins unconditionally load their stylesheets and scripts on every admin page. Maybe there’s a conflict.
