We appear to be having an issue with one of our sites.

When new users register the user gets the new user email but the admin notification does not get sent.
We have tail’ed the apache, php error and mail server logs and see no sign that it is attempting to send the 2nd email to the administrator account or the email address set in admin notifications.

Please make sure that admin notification is enabled in PR menu > Notifications > Admin Notifications. See screenshot: https://prnt.sc/p86eb8

Hi,

Please look for notification email also in Spam/Trash folder. In case, emails are also not found there then we need to look for the issue in your website. Because this functionality is working fine. Please send us your website admin and FTP details via our Contactu us form: https://pieregister.com/contact-us/
