Admin Page Edit Slow

Thanks for the recent update! Fixed a bunch of problems we had been facing.

We have a large number of users in the system (multisite network install). When editing a page/post, it used to load very slowly (as it was loading every single user as well). I apply the fix as outlined here (http://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-role-scoper-users-in-admin-edit), but with the recent update to the plugin, it seems to have slowed down again. I’ve activated the plugin across the network as a whole. Do I need to go back to activating site by site (and thus manually checking off the Import as CSV box)?
