Admin Page Performance WP 2.7.1

    I seem to continually have slow performance of the admin pages. When I select a post, save a post, actully most pages seem slow.

    I have am self hosting on BlueHost. Are there things I need to do to the install, DB config, etc to improve this.

    I have installed Gears. Do I have to do this for each different WP install I support?

    Anyone else notice this?
