    Hi, may I know is it possible to make one role to only view record of appointment?

    Hi,

    The following is an option included in all the versions of the plugin:

    … it allows to give access to a non-admin user to a restricted area only with the assigned calendar bookings and optionally its settings.

    The other option is a commercial feature (publish Schedule Calendar View in the public website). We’d like to help but we can’t reply about that in this forum. We are not allowed to support any customers in these forums.
