admin panel link not working for wordpress role “Editor”

    Hello,
    After changing the wordpress admin url, the wordpress user with role “Editor” cannot access the wordpress backend. it always goes to the front end of the site. It used to work untill 1st april 2021. from 2nd april 2021, this issue started to show up. is this an known issue?
