Admin panel problem

Hello there,

First of all – keep up the good work, this is a great addon which has much more options that any of its competitors. I am really amazed by all its functions.

I was able to create good popups which gave me high conversion rates.

However, today when I logged in the admin panel I found out that the “All popups” section in the admin panel doesn’t load up.

I read all the topics related to this problem and going to Settings > Permalinks and clicking Save doesn’t solve the issue.

When I checked the console I get these errors:

@petar777 Brave uses WordPress’ REST API functionalities which may sometime be blocked by outdated old security rules placed by your server. You can see this thread where the user has similar issues:

What you should do now is ask your webhost why this link is being blocked by your server: https://***.bg/wp-json/brave/v1/popups

Working perfectly now, thank you!

One more thing I did want to ask was about the checkboxes on an email signup popup. Each option has a field and a value but it doesn’t seem to be possible to actually check a box. Is this something I’m doing wrong?

@readysalted It will be hard to debug the issue without examining the live popup. Are you able to click the Form submit Button from the frontend?

Looks like your popup height is very small. Can you kindly make sure the height of the popup is more than 500px or more to fit the form inside your popup. You can click the “Eye” icon from the bottom left corner of the screen of the editor to disable the Overlay preview so you can see the height of popup.

It’s a full height and full width popup so I’m not sure what you mean about it being small; this is also the design the client wants.

Just checked on our installation and the checkboxes work fine..

Can you try with another browser and in incognito mode and see if the checkboxes work? Also let us know what browser you are currently using.

I’m currently using Chrome but I just checked on both Safari and in incognito mode and I still can’t check any boxes on the frontend 🙁

@readysalted Maybe another plugin or theme is adding a css style that is making the checkboxes inaccessible. Did you try disabling all other plugins and switching the theme?

@readysalted Can you please let us know when you make the site live so we can examine the issue?

Also, open the popup in the editor and click layers panel from the bottom right corner of the page and make sure the form element is at the very top of the list, if its not, you can drag and move it to the top.
