    I’m facing an issue when linking my website to Meta Business Suite. After selecting the account, I immediately get an error ‘permission required’. I’ve contacted Meta support multiple times, but they couldn’t resolve it. https://snipboard.io/ZXJQbo.jpg

    All permissions are correct, I’m the sole admin and owner, and I’ve troubleshooted 2FA as well. Please provide a solution.

    Hi @manoranjan11 – sorry about the delay.

    If you have confirmed that all permissions are set up correctly in the Business Manager, please try following:

    • Temporarily disable all cache plugins and clear the cache
    • Reinstall the plugin
    • Remove the WooCommerce By Meta integration from Business Integrations section
    • Connect to your page

    If the issue persists, please share your System Status report, and any plugin-related errors from your debug.log using PasteBin.
