If in my WordPress admin profile (/wp-admin/profile.php) I pick a language different from the main WordPress Site Language, dashboard texts should use the user’s language.

    Eg:
    Site Language = es_ES (Spanish)
    user Language = en_US (English)

the AMP menù Settings title should be “Settings” not “Configuración”. And so all other plugin’s admin labels.

All plugins adhere to this behavior.
