Admin post panel problem

    To start try disabling plugins.
    Try the default theme.

    I have lots of plugines … which one … and its the admin panel not the site .

    theme can affect admin pages as well.

    To identify the issue it is always suggested to deactivate all plugins and try in the default twenty ten theme.
