Admin /Post Portal not functioning properly

Let me start by saying I have had this up and running for a few months now with no issues. No new plugins, no changes what-so-ever in the last few days. All of a sudden today I can not select to upload pictures, but I can open it in a new window and do it. Also I can’t add tags or change the publish date/time at all or use Quick Edit in list view.

I have rebooted, optimized, done everything I can think of. I am stumped and it is getting really annoying.

Anyone have any ideas what could be causing this?
