Are you using a directory or sub-domain install?
Many other users are actively using this cloner without a problem.

No default blog allow me to login inside admin beside if i set any store to clone show ‘You do not have sufficient permissions to access this page.’.
This may be a bug with the way we (fail to) handle self-registration.
We’ll do some tests on our end and get back to you.

Bad news, actually.
We were not able to reproduce your problem on our test installs.
We tested sub-domain and directory installs of Multisite, and self-registration works fine. New sites get the cloned site, as expected.
Maybe you need to try with a different browser, or with a private session, as this may be a cookie issue on your end.
Please let me know what you find out…
