I acknowledged that dokan wise shipping leads to shipping prices from vendors.. what i mentioned is that i do not want any interference from vendors at all. I just need the website to understand the vendor location and i shall put the prices accordingly.

I am really sorry to say that if you want to add shipping as admin, then you need to enable admin shipping. Which doesn’t come with zone wise shipping feature. So either you can enable admin shipping. Which will be a flat shipping for all vendors. Or you can enable zone wise shipping, where vendors will set their shipping charge.
