admin side navigation drop downs not working

    ever since i upgraded to 3.2, the left side navigation inside the admin panel is not working properly… i can not see the secondary pages line up on the left menu as it used to be. i see the tiny arrow pointing down on headings like APPEARANCE, SETTINGS and etc…signaling me that there is more, yet when i click that it opens the lists under it but for a very brief second that it is hard to read the interior contents.

    i deactivated and deleted all the plugins, everything is up to date.. as i installed the 3.2.1 just now, problem still exists/

    any idea or comments?
