• Hello, Northern Beaches Websites,

when i make changes on “Admin Toolbar” or “Admin Menu”, plugin is not responding. It does not show any respong like: ” Please wait while we save the settings…” and “The settings have been saved.”, which are shown when i change other settings (p.ex. admin color scheme). Could you please help me with this? It could be caused by cache, i know, but i did not found any advices how to solve it.

    Thanks much for any help,
    Tereza Oberhelova

  • Tereza, are you also using the iThemes Sync plugin? If so, it has similar capabilities and is stepping on Admin Toolbar. Delete the Admin Toolbar and use iThemes Sync’s new capabilities. HTH

    Hello, Barbara, Hi pluginauthor,

thank you very much for your reply.
I do not use iThemes Sync plugin, no. I also tryed to deactivate all plugins, I use, to see if WP Custom Admin Interface will work, but nothing changes, problem is still remaining. Plugin is not saving the changes. Interesting fact is, that the problem is only on tabs “Admin menu” and “Admin Toolbar”.

Thank you very much for your help.
    Have great day!
    Tereza

@northernbeacheswebsites I’ve deleted your offer to login to your user’s site. I’m am 100% sure you mean well but please never ask for credentials on these forums.

Now for the why: The internet is a wonderful place full of very nice people and a few very bad ones. I’m sure everyone here is very nice however, by giving some ones keys to your house you are trusting they wont steal anything. Likewise the person who takes the keys is now responsible for the house FOREVER.

If something was to go wrong, then you the author may well legally become liable for damages, which they would not normally have been as their software is provided without warranty.

Please be aware that repeatedly asking for credentials will result in us asking you to repeatedly stop before escalating up to the plugins team.
