Admin user not recreated

    The plugin is failing to recreate the user for me. The wp_users table is completely empty. The user I had was admin with the password admin (don’t worry, it’s a localhost install).

    I’m using WordPress 5.0-alpha-42649 (SVN) and getting some errors from trying to set cookies after content has already been sent:

    I’m not sure if those are related or not to the issue as I haven’t dug into the code.

    Thank you for reporting this. I will have a look and test it again to fix it. Most of users do not have such issues. However, some very few cases like you had reported this. I will check it and get back to you.
