Admin User Not Seeing Plugins or Media Library Items

    We are having an issue we have not experienced before and can’t seem to search for. We have 3 Admins on our site. Admin 1 has installed a couple of plugins that Admin 2 can’t see when they are logged in. We tried clearing the cache, etc. and that didn’t work.

    Additionally, when Admin 2 uploads items to the media library, Admin 1 can’t see them.

    We are at a loss and would appreciate any insight!

    Hi @audreyhowes,

    That is particularly weird! It sounds like it might be caused by one of your plugins though.

    Have you tried disabling all plugins to see if admins can then see everything as normal?
