Admin without developer ID, can autopost?

    I have added another admin to my facebook page, but that account didnt register developer.facebook.com/app

    so it doesnt have the app id and App Secret. how can I allow him to autoposting my posts to the page?

    the original admin with the app id is working fine, but Im looking for have another account reposting just in case.

    Facebook account that authorizes plugin must be the creator/owner of the app and admin of the page. There is no other way.
