AdminCP Completely Blank

when i go to login at
http://www.bzoo.org/wp-login.php

i login and then it acts like its going to the AdminCP and comes up completely blank ..white blank ..no error message

and the url is still
http://www.bzoo.org/wp-login.php

if i go to (maunally add to browser)
http://www.bzoo.org/wp-admin/index.php

i get this (nothing else) character(s)



the site itself seems to be fully operating, i just cant see the AdminCP to do anything..
