Do you have set the custom Logout view? And this still not appear? Sorry, please add a screenshot or more description that I understand the problem.

Admin Bar Front end Options
There is a ‘(top-secondary)’ option that hides the ‘hello user / logout’ menu on the admin bar. When this setting is used (i.e. deactivated for specific role) it takes over the ‘User-Info’ settings.
