    Hello

    We have Stageshow+ and just trying to sort out a couple of things as it’s been a while since last using it.

    Just set up a new show and tested a ticket purchase. All went through and PayPal sent email confirmation but I can’t see an email confirmation direct from ‘us’ (stageshow)? What have I missed/altered?

    Administrator emails – is it possible to send the copy confirmation email to more than one admin address?

    First check that if sale appears on the StageShow Sales admin page.

    If it is NOT shown then check your PayPal IPN settings and that the StageShow IPN Notify script () is accessible.

    If it IS shown then you need to check if StageShow/WP can send any emails. The “Sale EMail Test” on the StageShow Tools page is a good place to start. Set the “Ad Diagnostics” option to enabled.
