It appears that there are ads that pop up in the top section of my site. It is odd actually because no ad actually displays, just a big space for one and the option to click out of it. I am not hosted with wordpress, I am hosted with siteground, and they told me that the ads are not coming from them.
Can you help me get rid of this?

It’s possible that your browser is running some adware that’s injecting the ads.

Try turning off all your browser extensions and add-ons. Here are guides for Firefox and Chrome. If you’re using another browser you can do an online search for instructions, or let me know what browser you’re using and I can try to help.

Scroll down to the section called “Temporarily disable extensions.”

If the ads disappear, you can try reactivating the add-ons/extensions one-by-one to find the culprit that’s been inserting the ads.
