    I used it for years until they added ads with autoplay videos without notifying me. My site had zero ads until they did that.

    Uninstalled. Goodbye.

    Remarkably, my pages load much faster now.

    Hi Scott. Disqus is free for 95% of our user-base, you can likely use the “Plus Free” option to disable ads. We also do everything we can to limit the impact on page speed and performance.     Maybe, but you put video ads on my site without telling me. Like, what universe is that even remotely acceptable? That’s a breach of trust and I’m done.
