Ads in Excerpts?

    Hey,

    some days ago I noticed, that my excerpts have ads included. (Under Posts when showing similar posts)

    I set up 1 group with some text ads to show before content. I did that sidewide for posts (not pages).

    Is there any issue to solve this?

    UPDATE:

    I checked “blog”, search pages and archives as well. There all is fine. Only below article the ads are showing.

    As far as I can tell AdRotate does not add ads to excerpts. Not on my test sites anyway.

    If you make excerpts with some non-standard function, maybe your theme does, then I can’t account for that of-course.
