I guess that the reason for this issue is the missing cookie consent requested by the Complianz plugin.
Can you please disable either Complianz or the Advanced Ads privacy feature and test it again?

I disabled Complianz and it displays the ads correctly (although there’s too many of them for sure).
Guess I can take it from here, big thanks.
Ok, I was wrong, guess that’s still beyond me.
As soon as I turn the ComplianZ on, the ads disappear.

Can you please disable the privacy feature of Advanced Ads (Advanced Ads > Settings > Privacy) and check if this resolves the issue?
If so, I would appreciate it if you could post a screenshot of your privacy settings.

I checked it in incognito mode and apparently I’m a goofball. It works now.

If you want to use the privacy module of Advanced Ads, enable it and define the Complianz consent cookie like this:
Cookie complianz_consent_status contains allow.
