Got a similar problem with the new update in combination with the newest wordpress version.
The ad group with dynamic mode doesn’t change the ad – it stacked the ads one above the other after some seconds – (six seconds, when the ads normaly change)
Before it was working perfect.

The funny thing is, that on another website from me – same theme and the same versions – it works perfect.
The ONLY difference was, that on the “working” site i updated plugins first and then the wordpress version.
On the “nonWorking” site i updated wordpress first and then the plugins.

using WP Super Cache
what means (in general setting): “You have enabled WP Super Cache support. If you have version 1.4 or newer, this function will not work. WP Super Cache has discontinued support for dynamic content.”
seems now starts working….
