A plugin that old (1) has no support and (2) should no longer be trusted. Check the plugin library (https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins) for other ad serving plugins.

I am right now using another plugin “AdSense Integration WP QUADS” but still the ads are overlaying the article. Can you please check and let me know if any issue with theme?
The ads are too big for the container. You need to either set a taller height for the container or use smaller ads.
